help with 2002 525i touring purchase.

    Help. I'm about to buy a 2002 525i touring

Here's some faults from the PPI. Are these a relatively easy fixes? should I stay away? Cost of fixing all these problems?

Sorry Guys, I was posting from my phone, it later died and I just got home now, and I thought I posted the asking price.

So from $4,500 asking to now lowered $4,200.

Here is what that paper list says.

    Check Engine codes:
p1085 - Fuel control limit mixer too lean (Bank 2, sensor 1)
p0313 - misfire detected with low fuel
    p0171 - system too lean (bank 1)
    p0174 - system too lean (bank 1)
p1083 - fuel control limit mixture too lean (bank 1, sensor 1)

Blower motor not working - NO A/C
    Instrument cluster panel not working.
    Power steering hose leaking.
    Oil filter housing leaking gasket.
    Spark Plugs.
    Right side mirror cracked.
    Front/Rear Brakes need replacing.
All tires need replacing/show dry rot.
    Due for Oil Change.
possibly trans and diff need change
    Broken Fan blade

Overall the car looks clean on the outside paint still shines. 2 small dents on drivers side rear door and quarter plus front and rear bumper love taps from tight parallel parking. Interior is like 7/10 Black leather non Smoker. Woman driven Original owner but cars been sitting for a while now and seems Maintenance was neglected.

Definitely avoid. You can get a real nice shape E39 for that money with no issues.
Frankly, if the tranny and diff are shot, it's worth $1500 at best, only because it's a late-model touring.

Run far away. I bought my e39 for $4k with none of those issues.
