    German License Plate Lesson

    I decided i've got a bit of cash laying around and i'd get the time-period correct plate for mine. So i read most of this wiki page.



    It's very interesting. Try to read as much as you can to understand how you want to design your plate. Here is what my plate will look like.



    It may look completely regular and almost random, but each character actually means something based off what Germany would have made the license plate as.

    M= Munich

    BW= Federal Water and Ship Transport Authority (It is kind of random, but a lot of cars in the BMW museum had this)

    318= 3 series 1.8L engine (These 3 numbers are completely random, but I thought i'd put my car's model)

    H= Historical

    It's pretty cool that it all makes sense in the way it does. It's odd America doesn't have something like this.

        i want "ef tp 1000"
        stands for erfurt thuringen polizei and 1000 is the police code. erfurt is where my family and friends are from and the police is just something random since i dont know anything else of significance to put

            It's on wiki so I deleted the page... HAHAH NOT! That's pretty cool.
