I had a positive experience with Paypal after paying $330usd for parts that were not what were advertized (the guy was selling a "set" of BBS lips, and its pictured indeed showed 4 lips. But in fact he only shipped 2 and claimed a set is two even if displaying 4). The other party didn't even reply to Paypal's request for an explanation. So, I got my money back within three weeks from the escalade to a claim to my money being refunded and in my account.
