Any E36/Z3 owners here? Wondering if someone could help.
Recently purchased a 2000 Z3M Coupe about a month ago. I replaced the pedal bushes with Delrin ECS ones and installed Pedal Haus covers. After putting everything back together, the brake pedal does not return to the proper spot. It seems to stop just before where it would normally go, leaving it stuck enough to hold the car and show the brake lights. The pedal is moveable using the sole of your shoe and pushing up on it though.
I have no idea what could be causing this. I looked into the return spring and I learned that it is NLA from BMW, so I'm in big trouble if that's the case.
