    How much do vaders run?

Just curious because I found a car on the cheap with them in it, black, power (is there non-power ones?), I don't know what vaders go for, but they would make a good replacement for the m3 seats I have...

Noooo! Don't do it. They just don't look right in E30s.

I, along with a friend of mine, sold a pair last summer for $350 Canadian. I probably could have easily gotten more from them but they guy did drive like 9 hours both ways to pick them up. Plus we acquired them for $100 and then we thoroughly cleaned and conditioned them.

edit:I sold them because there was no way in hell i wanted them in my car. The car they went into was an E36, so no E30s were harmed in this transaction.

They're ok for E36's, but they just look terrible in E30's. And they aren't supportive for hard driving at all. I'm a bigger guy, and I was sliding all over the place in them in Jordan's car.

They look cool, really aren't anything special to sit in. I sold some dove gray manual ones for $350 picked up, also leatheriqued a nice black power heated set, they looked new when I was done, got $1200 shipped on ebay.

400-600 is a good range for decent sets, maybe 800 if black, power and nice.

SELL LOCALLY. THEY ARE BIG AND HEAVY AND EVIL AND SHIPPING SUCKS. I ended up building a wooden crate and sending them freight, pain in the ass.

Surprisingly nothing. I thought they honestly weighed more than they do. Why people would want to go to something even heavier than heavy-ass E30 sport seats is beyond me. The MkII GTi Recaros I just put in seriously weigh like 2/3 what sport seats do.

yeah mine are manual non-heated and the things are stupid heavy.

way more comfy than e36 non-sport seats though

another vote for 'i would never put them in my e30'
