As an ex Saab technician, and having driven many modded Saabs including my own 900se Talladega, I think that this is a super cool swap. Those engines are torque monsters and will outlast the rest of the quirky GM amalgam that they are bolted into. I almost swapped one of these into my old Volvo 240 but cooler heads prevailed.
