Anyone ever use seatbelt planet?

So my passenger seatbelt is retracting slow again. This is the third used one I've fitted over the years. I clean it with furniture polish and it gets a little better but I'm tired of my wife closing it in the door when she gets out. Has anyone tried this seatbelt planet website before. The idea of brand new belts is pretty enticing to me but I don't know if they're crap quality.
