E28 vs e30 throttle body

I have a 2.7 eta engine in my e30 currently, the previous owner really messed with the throttle body and jb welded the brake booster vac lines shut. Id like to swap it to a e28 throttle body thats a bit different, can i still connect my brake booster to this somehow or should i just cut off the jb welded bolts? Pictures attached below thanks in advance.

The reason those throttle bodies are different is because one is for an Eta and one is for a M20B25.
