And to answer the question from earlier, Worldpac is the giant auto parts wholesaler in the US (maybe more places). It's where just about all the online distributor get their OEM type parts and a lot of local guys get parts from them too. They do have a website, but no, you can't buy from them. They only work with dealers (last time I checked).

I also like that they're nearby, so ground shipping is 1 day. Their prices aren't always competitive, but they have a 10% BMWCCA discount, and they offer a decent selection of upgraded aftermarket parts. My only real complaint is that the product descriptions on their website could use more detail, although I haven't run into a parts site yet where that isn't true. It can be hard to figure out what will fit a graymarket car and what wont... They could also use a wider selection of OEM parts and hardware.
seems like a simple error and you handled it well
I added this to front page thanks

thanks I like how they have an article on him.
would blunt get annoyed of everyone pm'ing him to get their parts and arguing on a better price?

and links to get their stuff on line I was not able to find one.

        Very nice good rep points
I added rock auto to the front page but it seems a bit complicated to navigate to make a large order for parts.

whats the turn around time for the parts through him?

All the more credit if he is a one man operation.
I still think I'm going to go ahead and purchase the parts through fap99

and the stealer ship for the special order parts.

Plus, I like to give my business to the local guy whenever possible.

I'm glad to hear giving business to the little guy.

BMA, if I call them before 1-2pm their time usually has my order out that day.

Sometimes its a few days before it ships because I ask for weird stuff they don't have stocked, like front subframe bolts for instance.

Jon325i, nice! I need to find a local guy to get a deal on stuff, people around here go "BMW" and parts go skyward. I used to give all my motorcycle business to a local shop and got fantastic treatment out of them because I dropped so much money there on a regular basis.

They are right down the road from me and are typically cheaper than BavAuto and Pelican.

He use to have a store front with employees, but he was selling more online so he closed it. I'm not 100% sure if he doesn't have any employees, as i haven't talked to him in a while. If you do make your order from him, tell him Danny sent ya.

                          Tishcer BMW parts

Mainly because their prices are very competitive and if it is in stock (which it usually is), I have it in two days since I am on the east coast. There is nothing more aggrivating than having to wait 7-10 days for west coast parts shipments.

                            i also use harrison motorsports.

for anyone in eastern pa, zygmunt motors in doyestown is an awesome place to get bmw parts. his prices are often lower then the qoutes real oem gives you and almost always lower then the advanced auto.

                            there online store is bimmerparts.com

I purchased an order through fap99 again great results
and today I put an order for a buddy through pelican parts.
then he decided he didnt want the stock oem parts but wanted to upgrade so i had to cancel the order.

Pelican part's customer service was very good.
