    having problems aligining the motor mount to support

    i lifted the engine to put new oil pan in and one side went in a breeze but the passenger side im having problems putting it back in any suggestions. also im only using a jack.

    best advice is use the right tools. Pick up an engine lift from the store or a friend. With ouy that, its all time and luck getting it back right.

        Just loosen the mount that is currently bolted up on the top AND bottom unitl they are just on there by a few threads,

        then stick a large piece of wood down into the bay on the opposite side and push , have some one thread the nut on on the other side while you are doing so.



        I did this on a ford ranger before i had my engine crane/cherrypicker, kinda brutal but it works!
