bored tonight, so i recorded

i've got a little makeshift studio in my bedroom consisiting of some earphones, a microphone and my laptop.

anyway, i'm reeling from depression of a breakup so i picked up my guitar and jammed for the first time in a long time. out came a cover of finch's - letters to you.

i recorded at a high quality but i encoded at the lowest quality because i didn't want to eat up all my bandwidth (which i probably will). so if any of you want a better quality version, don't hesitate to ask, i'll send it over.

it stops abruptly because 1) i got tired, 2) i dont know the breakdown/solo and yeah

"letters to you" is always fun. learn some Dashboard Confessionals. the tuning is what makes it sound so awesome. the only problem is you have to go cry in a corner after playing it :roll:

i've got a couple of dashboard covers. sad to say it, but my vocal range is just the same as chris carabbas and i've been told i have a voice similar to his if not a bit edgier. and as for the tuning, it's most of the time just a half step down.

its not usually half step down, its usually, DADGBD its stupid, one finger chords and shit, i like their stuff, but its not very technically great, but sweet none the less. good work man, finch is sweet.
