    Broke my hood release handle..

So its about 80 degrees out and decided to check my water and oil since my temp gauge was going up a bit. (it tends to do that normally) pulled on the release and POP! Where can I find a new handle and do I need to replace the cable as well?!?! Horrible timing with the picnic next weekend and putting the car for sale!!

Get a long flathead screwdriver and look to the drivers side of the kidney with a flashlight, insert screwdriver and turn. Oh and don't put your face hella close to the hood.

Driver side grille, look into it, about 4 inches from the high beam lamp is a hole, get a flat head long enough to reach it, insert and twist. Look reallllly realllly close at it.

I have been rocking the screw driver since I got my IX. I don't know whats wrong with it exactly but its not really on my priority list. Its not the handle though it must be disconnected up front.
