Changing lens in a Euro ellips

I've bought a set black euro ellips but I've handled with Murphey's law and the package broke open in the trunk of my minivan and one frame hit the floor. Result: one broken lens in a new set black Hella DE's
so I've a couple spare DE's in my basement and wanna change the lens
    HEre are my Q's :
    has somebody it done ?
is it hard to pull off the good lens without cracking it ?
and what product do you use for sealing it again ?

    TIA Axel Cohen

People have tossed them in the oven till the glue got soft and then slowly pryed the lense off. Its tought because some people have broken the lense this way.
    Im now E30less.

Please, do tell. I've been running w/ a cracked low beam for a couple weeks now. I also need to know where to get a replacement lense anyways.
Supatek -noun - your basic know it all

I've heard you can buy replacement lenses (53euro's for the Ellips and 49 euro's for the high beam) in most car parts stores in here in Europe

but I've taken an spare DE unit from my basement, warmed up in an oven, pryed the lense off gently

did the same with the smoked, took the lense and sealed it with black Tec7 kit

          it was an 40min's job

            & They're glass lenses?

Methinks you could sell some of these puppies.

What I've heard they're exactly the same as the BOSCH smilley lenses, mfd by Bosch,
This is what my Bimmer dealer told me
but my new job don't allow me to keep an good research on these babies, otherwise I has bought these too !
But ASAP I'll look for it

You might contact Turner Motorsports. They sell them and can probably hook you up. Let us know how things work out.
