Breaks problems! help for the picnic

So I just did an e30 m3 5-lug conversion. I went to start the car and started up fine. I put it in gear and the passenger side front break is grabbing. Also the break pedal goes to the floor but returns.

    specs:
    s52 obd1
    e30 m3 suspension and breaks
    BBS rc090's (two piece)
    E21 master cylinder
    SS break lines

Anyone who could lend some advice would be greatly appreciated.

    Thanks alex

Bleed the shit out of them.

Same thing happened to me, they bled, then I started the car and they went soft again.

Keep bleeding starting at the back right, then back left, then front right, then front left.

I think the problem with your BRAKES is that you have two piece rc090s. Im so glad you listed that or i would have never been able to help.

Sounds like you still have air in the system. Follow the above advice and bleed in order of distance from the master cylinder.

All lines are on. None of them are leaking too.

I had a similar problem when I did my e30 m3 5 lug swap. After it locking up several times (had to wait until it cooled off to return home) the pedal would feel soft after cooling. Mine ended up that the brake booster had broke internally and needed to be replaced. Mine was applying some brake and after the brakes heated up they would lock down until you sat long enough for them to cool, it was locking all 4 corners. The brake booster part that pushes on the MC was sitting somewhat sideways and just fell off after removing it from the firewall.

                Hope that makes sense...

Can you describe how you are bleeding the brakes? If you're pressure bleeding, how much fluid are you running through the system? Either way, you will have to push A LOT of fluid through the system to remove all bubbles.

Well I found the problem. The line was causing it to lock. I opened the bleeder screw and pushed the car backwards and forwards. With the bleeder screw closed I could not. So I guess my problem was the line. Thanks everyone.
