    fuckin A

dads 325es is totally toast. The timing belt broke, one of the valves went through a piston and now we cant seem to find it. guessing it went through the exhaust or some shit. So it needs a new piston, new head, and new valve. Buttt...my dad says he's just gonna try to sell it instead of trying to fix it and buy a new car.

Sucks, but at least i still got mine!!

I'll let you guys know if he decides to sell or part it

that motor is an easy 200-400 dollar fix. If you can change a piston you can change a motor. shit, make a stroker. it's just easier to buy the motor complete.

whatever you do, dont crush her please...

but i dont have the money and its my dads decision. thats the bad part. I totally would but i have to finish my m50. Dont worry though she wont get crushed. If he does sell im gonna try to sell her to someone on here that will do a motor swap or something.

ETA motors are a dime a dozen, they get thrown away.

If Pops isn't good with wrenches, i bet he could get a fresh one swapped in pretty cheap around these parts...

Oh he's terrible with a wrench. and he hates the car. He just see's it as a crappy commuter. so therefore he doesnt wanna put a bunch of money into it. If he does decide to im gonna find an i motor though

how much? the only problem is we would have to pull the whole motor and rebuild it just to throw the new piston in

I mean youre swapping in an m50, so i was assuming that you dropped a motor out of that.

What kind of condition are the other pistons in? I'd be interested if you part it. Sorry to hear about the valve and piston!
