your gonna pay way too much in paint and body alone trying to restore this thing. Not tryin to be negative but just consider this a nice turbo kit. It looks ok.

now take the engine and tranny and ecu, anything else valuable and ditch that shit...

some ricer teen will come and try and pick it off you for what you payed for it.

then take that money and put it towards another decent E30. you can get a nice one with a blown engine for 500. A perfect one with a blown tranny for a grand.
not really but close.

save yourself the time and heart ache.

this is one sick puppy we all wouldnt mind seeing put down.

You'll have at least $1150 in it when the hauler delivers it. Unless you are highly skilled or have unlimited funds, I would strongly suggest you cut your losses now - the turbo is no good, according to the auction "the turbo wheel is loose". Can you part it in CA - you could get your $$ back before you spend transport fees. Dodge the bullet now - unload it & run. You can do much better. You will thank me for being brutally honest with you.
