Most of it went into the trash lol I had no a/c, heater, ps, abs and brake booster. deleted it all. brake lines I redid behind the firewall and deleted the brake booster and went manual brakes. Fuel setup was a custom inline filter had a custom milspec engine harness battery relocated to the trunk and headlight harnesses ran through the frame behind the fenders. -
That integra in the first page isn't even tucked lmao
This is tucked and shaved. My old rhd ek civic

Long the firewall i would use the m3 wiring cover to clean things up.. the insulation could probably be removed but i doubt youd really see it after thatLeave a comment:

Ok I'm digging out this thread. I have engines out and looking for advice on cleaning up engine bays.
1. That black/brown pad on the fire wall... anyone ever removed it? any problems with heat or sound in the cabin after? Thinking of replacing it with heat reflective foil.
2. Tucking wires through driver fender. anything special I need to do? Just drill hole near fuse box, add grommet, secure wires to inner fender and extend ABS wires?
3. A/C lines through passenger fender. Anyone ever do it? I was looking at aeroquip A/c fitting for this and running the lines like the wires on the drivers side. Thoughts?
anything else I should do? I figures this belongs in this thread as these seem to be the questions looks like people wanted answered.Leave a comment:

This is crazy how he attached the fenders and bumper to the hood when opening.. But... in these photos its really doesn give justice as to where he ran his wires.. there not in the fenders obviously.Leave a comment:

you put the brake booster under the dash?? that's crazy! I'm definitely gonna do something like this next year when I do a full engine build. But I mostly want to get rid of the wiring, hide the coil and maybe the AC return lines from the heater core. Definitely getting the M3 Cover and the m42 radiator. just enough to keep it clean but not bare. That VDub looks empty an unimpressive to me. The S38 is ok because the engine still takes up the majority of the space.Leave a comment:

man..it kinda looks unnatural to have everything missing. +1 on the 'where the hell do you put all of it when you remove it from the engine bay?'Leave a comment:

e30this, I really like what you did re-routing all of the wiring along the frame inside the fenders. I'd love to get my engine bay to that point, maybe one of these days when I really have the car down for a long time for a swap or something.Leave a comment:
