I am down here this weekend and was wondering if any one is down for a mini-meet. I realize short notice but just a thinking out loud.

Hey. That'd be me and Jim Levie and my dad, thats all. I know not much of a meet, but its something.

Tomorrrow there's an Auto-X at John Hunt Park. If you know where the "Old Airport" is, that's it. Take Memorial Parkway (Hwy431/231) to Airport Road, and turn west (right from north, left from south) and then take a right on Jaycee Way and go all the way to the end, past the gates (you'll see us) and it's all day tomorrow from about 9 to 3 or 4 in the afternoon. You don't have to be a member to drive either. It's a blast. If you'd like I'm cool today too if you want. just send me a PM.

I was coming up hwy 53 and going toward H-ville on a trailer was a delphin? E30 on a trailer. Had decals all over it so it was or is someones project car. Any ideas on that one?

Not sure on that one, never seen it before. There are a couple outside of Birmingham that do spec e30.

I bought my 318is from a guy who lived in Huntsville, the car spent its whole life there. I had never been to AL but its very pretty. Plus you get all that cool space program junk

I just came down to hook up my Moms new theather stuff. She got all new equipment and wanted all wall mounted, so being the good guy I came down for the weekend andand spent the time with her get it all set and mounted.
