    735i as a daily?

I have the opportunity to pick up an e32 735i with 40k miles on it and a 5-speed but a bad clutch for cheap. Opinions as a daily? yes, I'm keeping the e30 :)

40k? rebuilt or original? either way, that's a great find, that has the m30 in it correct? I say buy it, absolutely!

I drive an E34 535i daily. Its definitely doable. I get 20mpg and its chipped. Comfy ride. Wish mine was 5 spd though. :(

5-speed e32 is pretty rare, I would go for it if you have the means! :D

Well, I do so I'm probly going to jump on it. According to the seller, it's 40k original miles, no rebuilds. I'm waiting for pics of the cluster and the rest of the car, though. I guess it sat until the current owner brought it back about 4 years ago when he bought it with 28k miles...

The only thing that really worries me is that the car doesn't drive because the clutch is gone from trying to teach a friend to drive stick, so who knows what kind of condition the tranny is in...

                    40.000 miles ,, is almost unbeliveble for a E32 735

rock solid car,, and 5 speed is very nice to drive

buy this car sounds like a good deal, how much is he selling it for i think that would be my biggest concern because it has been siting for a while and tranny issue will be a easy fix.
