Its the same here at KU as at bmwwannabe's school. Its always been notoriously liberal but over the past year or so I have noticed a shift. Its not a conservative school by any means but at least now there is a large group arguing for the other side. The sad part is niether group knows what the hell its talking about. :?

I wasnt too worried about the polls and this Vot or Die campaign. People our age are mostly talk so after all that rhetoric they did the same thing they have in past elections and abstained.
    Im now E30less.

Guys fucking drop it. If you are raggin this week TJ take it to PM.

Yes liberal arts is different from liberal politics but any idiot can derive that a liberal arts school is going to have more liberals at it than an Ag or engineering school. The student base comes from a totally different population.

Amen to that. I'm tired of people preeching which candidate is better when the have no damn idea what they hell they're talking about. Even if I'm on their side, I sometimes feel like arguing against them just for spite...

Puff Daddy is the worst thing to ever happen to democracy (as well as hip-hop).

Of course, I just got out of Philosophy  and now I am waiting for "the chika" to get out of her class so we can study together. Figure I should be coherent for that at least.

Charlie, look at each channel's counts. You can see the difference in projections. MSNBC and Fox have projections nearly 70 votes off from CNN.

Since Bush won the popular vote handily I wonder what the Dems are going to complain about now?

Anyone else annoyed with the Bush = Draft crap. The draft is largely supported by Democrats. If I hear one more kid say they're moving to Canada Im going slap him in the face. This isnt Vietnam!!!

How did we get there all of the sudden?

There wont be a draft and even if there was it wouldnt work. Rich kids got out of Vietnam then just like how they dont need to join now, money. Kerry only went for political reasons and got out as soon as possible. Bush was in the ANG.

That was just something the Dems were saying to try to get the poorer people concerned. There would have to be another world war to need a draft.

I'll sum up Ryan's sentiments in a few words by my friend Flava Flav: "Don't Believe the Hype!"
