All cabrios have the later style rear arches, even ones with the early tail lights. Plastic bumper conversions are cake on them.

I know this. However, something just doesn't look right with those bumpers - maybe it's just the poorly fitted rear apron.
So do those look like the early model lights on the back?

Yes those are early tails. I still looks good either way.
