At first I thought it had training wheels or something, turns out "He actually can't walk, he's in a wheel chair so all his controls are on the handles and when he comes to a stop those bars go down so the bike doesn't fall over."

Pretty friggin cool if you ask me.

I have seen pics of an E30 M3 moded for some dude who cant use his legs....
