    thinking of doing Borbet type A's on my daily

    I have a clean daily 325 white.thinking of getting some borbet type A to slap on. I am running H&R sports now with bottle caps. do i really need to roll my fenders,and would the car look right on the H&R SPRINGS or would i have to go lower.Can anyone give me some insight ...Thanks,Nando

      what size Borbets were you thinking of? 16x9 you need to roll your fenders 'cause you will need the spacers

        Nando, its a daily, you dont want it any lower than it is right now... trust me on this one.

        What size Borbets you looking to run? 15x7, 16x7.5, 16x9? 17? what look are you going for? I think you'd benefit from a healthy sized tire (205/55/15) on the 15s. This way you can still retain some comfort on these mean streets and still have the look of the Type A's.

          whether it looks "alright" depends on the tire size you use. that will also influence whether you will need to roll your fenders.

          in my opinion, because of the design of the borbet type A, there needs to be very little wheel/fender gap for them to look right. i have never seen type A's on a stock or slightly lowered E30, and i shudder at the thought.
