Show me your Shift Carrier/ Selector Rod

As the title states. I want to see how many different 260 carriers and selector rods there are.

Please list the model it came out of if at all possible.


Ive been seeing SEVERAL different carrier styles and its making me wonder how many different types there are out there for the 260 alone.

not may (if any) pix of selector rods...
but i do have one laying around...

btw..MANY get the short shifter from the z3, or other cars with more "throw", and if we leave the harmonic balancer on (big round disc) than we usually bend the rod so it doesn't drag on the driveshaft when in R, 1st and 2nd... this is much much easier than removing the balancer

btw, i never noticed the difference, but i could take a photo of the spare one i have, next to some graph paper if ya want ..
