            1. Open can
            2. Dump contents down drain
            3. Piss in can
            4. Proceed with instructions for use

It will do the same amount of good. Your car will feel better for about 2 weeks, then feel about the same as before, if not worse. I ran 2 cans of this stuff through my engine last summer, and when I pulled my head this winter, the underside of the head and the tops of the pistons still looked like absolute shit. Total waste of time and money.

If you want to do a real engine flush and treatment, get the Lubro Moly system from BavAuto for $100. It's a multi level system but it will actually clean out your system.

The system includes 6 Valve Cleaner Additives, 6 Fuel Injection System Cleaners, 1 Engine Flush, and 1 Motor Protection Additive.

You can buy each thing individually. I've used the entire system and it has completely stripped and cleaned my system completely. The biggest issues with running engine flushes like Seas Foam and Lubro Moly is the risk of clogging the system.

With the Lubromoly there are separate systems that take longer to work but are better for your system in the long run. I've used the system twice in 22 years of owning my e30 and it's fantastic.
