I've done some. Even sold some pieces on the boards... It's not hard if you keep it simple. anyone can make a flat sheet turn out really nicely. my SN should be attached if anyone wants to ask about it.

my friend from high school (has a sweet e30m3) lays his own carbon fiber in his garage, and swears its not as hard as ppl say it is. but after seeing the mess he made out of his garage floor and driveway, i would never try that stuff on my own. plus the good carbon fiber weave is pretty freakin expensive...
