As a person who gets stuck working on audis professionally every once in a while, I would avoid a high mileage audi, especially a newer one. VERY expensive to maintain, and a giant pain in the ass to work on yourself. the e30, even with minor rust issues is going to more reliable to drive daily, and much much cheaper to maintain or easier to work on yourself. I hate it when an audi comes into the shop, because I'm the only person there that will even work on them and it's never fun. keep the e30, drive it and put $1500 in your pocket every year that you would have had to pay to keep the audi driveable

The b5 is quattro, sorry for the misunderstanding, i thought i put it somewhere in my OP.. I guess not

        anywho, update:

I still have the B5, and i've done some serious thinking.

Honestly, a 200k mile m10 powered car in a somewhat clean state most likely will not fetch more then 800 dollars in today's economy in my opinion

Now with that said, if i get a fender, and do some detailing and maybe find a junkyard interior i think i could sell the audi to a teenage girl/ idiot for more then 800 bucks. I have another car that i'm currently driving [93 z28], so transportation is not an issue
