    Then there are two nipples, one on the top of the wastegate, the other on the side, I dont know where each one goes.



    Thanks for helpingme out, I am almost done with my turbo motor, but this is confusiing me, I bought it off ebay for 20 bucks, and have no Idea the brand, or anything just that it is rated 8-12 psi.

    Throw it away.

    That wastegate will lock up on you can you'll be fucked.

            hook up vac line to the bottom port, leave top port open unless using a boost controller, bottom flange goes to manifold.

                          I think the wastegate is fubar. The piston on the bottom is not moving, even when I try to push it with my hands, can anyone confirm this?

                            it may just have a really stiff spring. or it is in fact a paperweight.

                              I have a Synapse WG002 which handles alot higher boost than that, and I can push it in with my hand. It's a paperweight.
