I'm really getting sick of fedex.

Got something back in august, it was broken, filed insurance claim for 150$ within 15 days.

Fedex says they need more stuff from me, but have opened a claim.

I oblige, and its taken me awhile to get everything together.

So i finally sent it in a couple weeks ago, and fedex just sent me back a letter saying that since i didn't open a claim within 15 days that they can't help me

YOU MOTHERFUCKERS, YOU OPENED A CLAIM 3 DAYS AFTER MY PACKAGE ARRIVED AND TOLD ME TO GIVE YOU MORE SHIT.. :angst:

FedEx and UPS are both assholes. Big ones. They're always losing shit then not giving you any money for it. You know that the insurance reps are probably told to avoid giving people their money at all costs. I go strictly USPS....they've never done me wrong.

that's the way to be. Annoy them until they do what you want. You're not their friend, and they're not yours.
I'd love to use DHL but there is no "DHL store" around my house, and I wouldn't know where to start with getting them to pick up my packages, so I figure what the hell, I'll just to stick to the good ol' USPS.

What could have possibly taken you almost 3 months to get together? I don't really blame them. Working in a bank people try this on me all the time, and we have set time frames. Certain things are only kept on record for so long, you have to be reasonable.

fedex said i had up to 9 months to submit the rest of the information they needed.

i was working 50 miles away from home this summe when all this happened and didn't have time/resources to get together everything i needed, and then once i got back home i've been busy with college almost non-stop.. my mom was taking care of the fedex stuff for me (i still live at home :-/) so we finally managed to get everything together and send it in, fedex even sent me a letter wondering concerning why i haven't sent the stuff in yet, so there WAS an open claim..

                Pick your poison.

I have had many, many problems with FedEx, UPS, and USPS.

                Not one with DHL....yet

It's only a matter of time I'm sure. DHL doesn't get enough business to have the chance to mess up yet. Maybe. I don't know. Either way, USPS is my choice as of right now, since UPS lost my last package.

call customer service about it ask for a manager and tell them either they can pay for a lawyer to come to small claims court pay the lawyer $500 or just cut you a damn check for a $150 their choice either a buck fifty now or $500 for a lawyer and a $150 later.. It sometimes works.
