check out my cyl head

i had the fuel rail off of my car on monday to put in the 28lb injectors and did a little cleaning while i was there. i found this where the PN is cast into the head. it is a tag glued to the head, it has what looks like a deer or similar jumping out of an engine then the numbers:1740-10-30 K 179520
i tried googleing the number, but no results. has anyone ever seen this before?

i am guessing that it is a tag from a rebuilder, but who?

that is the same little critter jumping out of the engine.
forgive my ignorance, but what is a 731 head?
is that the ETA or the i head?
on tech it talks about his head having 731 forts and ETA cam oiling?
