        i would buy it.

Then go slipping and sliding in the rain/snow. That would make for great fun.

They get most of the rain in the valley (Portland, Eugene). Here we do get a fair amount of snow, the elevation in Bend is about 3800 ft. Bend is at the base of Mt. Bachelor, one of the most popular ski resorts in the country, the US Ski Team trains here. The roads can be quite treacherous when the snow gets good and packed on them.

He should enter that car in the BavAuto yearly photo contest. $100 says he'll win so long as the dog is in there.

                    that mutt looks ugly.

I am sure the owner loves it and shit..but if you are going to buy an animal..i would buy the cutiest looking one. Its like getting a lap dance from an ugly stripper.

Interiors are easy to deal with. As long as there's no rust and the paint is pretty good, I say go for it. Oh yeah, and make sure the frame is straight!!!

Sorry, but I would probably never buy a car that a person has let their dog inside of. Maybe that guy just put the dog in there for the pics,
but those people who just drive all over hell and back with their dogs in their cars make me nuts.

And seeing as how dogs don't wear seatbelts... in an accident: windshield > dog
