Staggered wheel Q' and a pic request

My wheels are 15x7 and 15x8.

Do I;

1. Get 225/50/15 Rear, and 205/55/15 Front, or
2. Get all four 225/50/15?

Will 225's on the front be noticeably bigger? Is it worth it to have all four tires the same size?
Or will handeling be good enough with a staggered tire set up? (I only track the car a handfull of times a year if I'm lucky)

I want even stretch (or 'lack of') on all four tires [opt1]. Is it really going to make much difference in handeling?

Simmons 3pc. I unsure of offset, as they have been rebuilt with new lips. But they sit perfectly in the wheel well. I'm sure 225s would fit up front.
