    look for some experience.

    has anyone ever installed a map light mirror in a car that didn't come with one?

    I cant figure out where I should grab power from. I found mine in a junk yard and saved about a foot of the pig tail and I am guessing that I am going to have to grab power from one of the lights already in the car but the doors.

    any one know how to or can anyone make a DIY?

          I was thinking that but I didnt know where to grab it from on there. there is too many wires to figure out and I dont want to mess up anything on there. I am going to try the light tomorrow.

              just take a multimeter and find a wire with a steady 12v supply to it
