seems like this could have all been avoided if you put your required method of payment (no western union) and/or no shipping outside the U.S. in the auction.

I did. I specified that I only take paypal/MO/cashiers checks. I also said shipping to USA and canada is extra. it was lame, but oh well, i am selling my stuff now anyhow.

that's good, then you can deny "her" per ebay rules and move on to the next highest bidder.

she did a buy it now on an auction with no bids yet... its over now, she is no longer a registered user and I got my fees back already.
