Hi guys, cool forum you got here seems to be a lot of knowledge from what ive seen!

Just a quick query (wasnt 100% bout which forum to put this in!) What sort of money does a complete cruise control setup for the e30 go for?

Well across the sea they can go for some more money bc they were not readily available.

I sold my complete system for about $130 (US) shipped to England. They usually fetch in that area.

U need the clutch switch if you have a manual. Its the same as a brake light switch

I'm in Australia and bought one from the US. You will need to extend about 6-7 wires (assuming your E30 is RHD) but thats pretty easy to do. The rest is plug and play, works great.

yeah i know bout the switch, i'd rather the kit was from a manual one as im gonna be converting mine to manual in the summer..

Didnt realise bout the wires but thats understandable! (yeah mine is RHD)

Can you adjust the speed with the cruise control? or does it just set it at a certain speed and you have to put your foot down to make it speed up?

You don't NEED the clutch disable switch, its only there for when you hit the clutch, to turn the cruise off.

I never hooked mine up, cause I just turn off CC before I hit the clutch.... :shrug:

Depends on year of car. Some you can adjust using switch while other stays at set speed which is changed using foot on pedal.

I hope you have everything needed for the CC, there are a few parts you may be missing. I will try and find that list I had.

well trashcop 80s 80s is offering me the whole lot as a complete job

just trying to find out what it came off and whether its a pedal or switch control for the speed

a list of what might be missing would be dead handy tho!!!
