They dont sell r12 recharge kits to the public. You have to do a r134 conversion which is cheap and easy, then you can buy a recharge kit from pepboys, walmart, autozone, whatever.

yes, the conversion kit comes with r12 to r134 fittings and 3 cans of r134a and a filler with attached gauge. The one i bought a few years ago from walmart was around $30 iirc. Not sure if the high pressure conversion fitting will fit tho, but you dont really need it as you would only be filling it on the low pressure side. But the low pressure one should fit.
edit: o and i forgot, it comes with instructions on what to do :P but it is pretty simple. you screw on the r12 to r134 low pressure fitting, then start the car and put the a/c on high. Connect filler and begin filling till it reads full. After words you should have nice cool a/c again. (it says to have your old r12 refrigerant vacuumed out first, but if yours is already empty due to maintenance then you should be able to just fill it up.
