paint is peeling, help!!

My paint is peeling, right here on the body:



I noticed it right after washing my car. It's not very big, and is wedged between my window molding and the roof of the car as seen in the picture. My question is 1, is there a quick and relatively inexpensive way to fix this, perhaps a do-it-yourself, or do I need to strip the window molding and go haywire on an entire respray???? My main concern is rust prevention, but I would also like to make it black again. It doesn't have to look perfect, as you can hardly notice it as is because of where it is. Any help would be appreciated.

thats happening like crazy on my e36 325i.. its so annoying and i have no idea what to do about it.

Speaking from personal experience on owning a E36. E36 = junk on everyting except the drivetrane. :roll:

Sad thing is your other car is getting neglected. See it back there with dirty wheels. Sell it so someone else can take care of it.
