e28 momo hub on an e30

I just recently picked up course spline momo steering wheel from an e28; and I was wondering if the hub will fit a fine spline from a airbag e30? I dont want it to not fit when I take it apart. THANKS

oh yeah it fits.

the e28 is bigger, thats why it looks like coarse spline.

an e30 is smaller than an e28, so thats why it looks like fine spline.

a fine spline in an e30 is coarse spline in an e28

Shit I saw a momo hub at pick n pull the other day, coulda just grabbed it for a fiver.
