It seriously is not that hard. It's been done before.

The basics are that you need an ellipsoid housing to not blind the fuck out of everyone. Those would be either smilies or US ellips.

Now shut the fuck up.

Pick up a set of US or Euro ellips and then go to ddmtuning.com and pick up a set of HID's...it's a 15 minute install.
