    Been swindled again!

Anyone got any experience with this seller??

I paid for the item, never received it, he ignored all my e-mails, and because I gave him time to ship the item (US to UK) it's past the 30 days where I could have claimed my money back. I left him negative feedback as he ignored my requests for a refund, and he's gone and left me negative feedback!!! NOw he's no longer a registered seller.....

    He also runs this site....

I actually bought an item from him. Shipping took 3 weeks which is pretty long, but he replied to my emails, and I did get the item in the condition as it was advertised.

That's weird that he is no longer a member, you should defenetely contact eBay. Hope everything works out for you.

No offense, I would have never bought from that seller. Granted he has a lot of positive feedback, but he also had a large number of negative feedbacks that described your exact problem right now. No matter the number of positives, if there is any negative, I don't purchase from him. Not worth the risk, ESPECIALLY if you notice a pattern with the negative feedbacks. All it takes is some bad luck and you get stuck in the same spot as others. Goodluck with sorting it out. Unfortunately, since he's no longer on ebay, they probably can't do anything about it.

Cheers guys...if you look back to around the start of October his feedback isn't too bad, only on the last month it seems to have all gone down hill for him. I'm more p1ssed about him leaving me bad feedback more than anything though! This is only the 3rd thing I've bought from the US, and the 2nd time I've been ripped off!! I should also mention the item I did receive was from Bwanac aka Brian Hart from this forum!

            Simon,

Sorry to see you have been shafted

Did you pay with Paypal ? I had a similar situation with a UK seller, and it went over the 30 days that Paypal allow for refunds etc. I just contacted my bank, and asked them to claim the money back. They sucked it straight out of Paypal, and then it's Paypal's problem. Just write them a letter and give all the details. If you did not receive the goods, you should get your money back.

            Cheers,

            Ian.

P.M me on the Zone if you have any questions.

Simon325, although it's been a while since you paid for the item, I think that you still have the chance to get the item in the mail. He is not the fastest shipper, and he seems to admit that too.
Anyways, I think you should call him (1 - 954-775-5827) and see how it goes.

again, i hope all works out for you :)

All I can tell you is if he's shipped it, expect it to take a while. I had a spoiler shipped from the UK and standard international service delivered it just shy of the 60 day mark. It was well worth the wait though, but I bugged the hell out of the seller about it.
This guy you bought from is no longer a registered user according to ebay.
