    Real Deal Azevs??

soo my neighbors aunt has and 90' something nissan altima and i noticed the wheels it had looked oddly familiar. i went to take a closer look and here is what i found...

so my question is are these real deal azevs a's? i know they are more than likely reps but are they worth anything? i might try and buy them off of her.

Yeah those are Atev/Azev type-a's, might not be worth getting though.
    What is the offset ?

so your saying these are real azevs and not some reps?

no idea on the actual specs, i had to get in ninja mode to get the pics without looking suspicious.

if they were the correct offset would they be worth getting?

There a shot for you, they look real except the hub is different.

Yeah they appear in every way to be real. No one ever really made "copies" or "reps" of the ATEV/AZEV wheels.

I'm assuming/ hoping they are at least 16" since anything less would not be worth the effort.
But they do look small in the pics.

If they were the right offset or even if you space them to sit right you would still need shorter tires and a slammed car to really pull them off.

If you like them I'd offer no more than $100 as is.

AZEV/ATEV might have been the wheel source for them.

i just noticed they dont say AZEV on the inner lip like the real ones do.

as far as size they dont look to be 16" maybe 15 but i would have to get a closer look at them.

maybe ill offer $100, throw them on the rear and keep my Basketweaves up front to have that Dorift0 StEeZ y0 lol

I've noticed the under cap area changes between wheel sizes.
Also they did not start casting AZEV into the lip until the later runs.

We had a set on our family's 300E back in the early 90's and they did not say anything on the lip ...except maybe the size.

Either way it does not matter if this set is real or not. If you like them then offer what you would feel comfortable paying.
I personally would NOT pay $2 even if they were real.

I hate to be the bearer of bad news, but regardless of whether its fake or not, I'm pretty sure those wheels are 4x114.3.

And no, spacer/adapters for those wheels are not a rational/logical solution to this problem. :p

                    Early 90's Altimas were sporting 4x100. :p

                      FUUUUUUUUUUUU lol.

but really its not that big of a deal to me, if they were the correct fit and i could get them for cheap i would, but i have more important things to attend to on my car so buying wheels now is not priority.

EDIT: if they are 4x100 then i might just offer up $100 or something.

How about snapping some ninja style pics of the chick that drives the car ? :p

Oh and just find out what year the car is and you can look up the bolt pattern.
Or take an overall pic of the POS and we'll tell you what it is.

it was this kind of altima i think these lasted throughout the 90's and into the early 2000's so any way of getting the lug pattern w/o taking them off her car and trying to put them on mine? i didn't see any markings on the outside.

                          (not actual car)

i doubt anyone wants to see the driver of this thing

                            That's 4x114.3

I sold my MHTs to someone who had one of those a month ago. I can guarantee you now those wheels will not bolt on without adapters.
