video driver help

well, im having some trouble watching some videos and i dont really know whats goin on.

on some mpeg videos i dont get to view the whole video. like, it always says that the video is 59 seconds long even if it is a 2 hour movie.

any tips?

i just updated my video card drivers just so ya know.

i remember some driver thing floating around a while back called... ac3 av3 acv or something like that. anyone know what to do?

AC3 is an audio codec.. it usually acompanies DivX and Xvid in distrobutions.

well i just installed all 3 of those...

didnt fix the problem.
