    What do you guys think??

Here's the thing... my brother has a E28 (1987 535i) and he wants to trade it for my E30 (1987 325e)

The car has a little rust in the rear apron, and some ugly 5 spoke 16" wheels. Other than that the car is in very good condition, I'd say 8.5 of 10... the car is manual and it runs good.

I may be putting the car my Sport Seats and Ellipsiods

The only reason he's trading it is because he does'nt like the E28 body

    What do you guys think??

the E28 body seems nice to me...

what differences do they have? (I'm not talking about esthetics)

e28 is a bigger car, with more weight to move around. It wont feel as 'light' or tossable as the either, not to mention wear items (brakes, tires, etc) are probably more expensive.

Drive them both back to back....

anyhow, my car is an ETA lol...

I will try to put it in good conditions and see if I can trade it for a 325is or a M42 318 if I don't like it

US 1987 535i had 181 hp and around 215 lb ft of torque. Weight around 3200 lbs. What elase do you want to know? Its definitely an upgrade over a 325e.

A EU spec E28 car is almost just as flixable as a US spec E30. The weights are close. If available try to find a grey market e28. They are still a perfect sized family cars nowadays. They are not overly large and seat 5 normal size adults just fine in comfort.
