"See, we're adding a little something to this month's sales contest. As you all know, first prize is a Cadillac Eldorado. Anyone wanna see second prize? Second prize is a set of steak knives. Third prize is you're fired."
I thought they checked vanity plates 100 different ways to make sure they don't say anything lewd, foul or suggestive. One of the first things they do here is see what it says reversed. I can't imagine how they got away with that one. I'm willing to bet it's probably a fake plate, like a novelty one or something. There's no registration stickers on it.
That's a good point Josh. I noticed that he didn't have a front plate, so maybe that's what it is (hence no stickers), but I don't think it's a fake plate. From what I saw, it's fully reflective and has the correct imprint and font.
However, there's a DMV office locally that's for dealers only (not open to the general public). The shop I work for is also a licensed dealer and sometimes I go there to do our transactions. There are a bunch of plates on the wall that were obscene or lewd, like F OFF, SEXYCAT, UPURS, etc. I asked why those were there and the clerk said they all made production but were pulled at the office just before registration. Maybe this one went through, or maybe it just has a completely different meaning that we all missed ;).

Maybe he just really likes homogenized milk. Or he could be really proud to be a homosapien. Or maybe OMOH is an abbreviation for something. Who knows.
