Vethen I live in Naples also as you can guess by my name. I got a 318is about 2 yrs ago.
First thing I did was scower the forums as best I could and decided to get a 318is becuase of timming chain, self adjusting valves, weight, and fuel consumption. Go into forums and just search around,,, also read the entire threads as there tends to be some misinformation sometimes, and it usually gets sorted out throughout the thread. This forum has helped me fix my car and save $ which is the most important thing to me. This forum can be hard on people who dont do their due diligence, before you ask for someone elses help you gotta help your self first.

Dude, don't be such a fucking tool. With the euro spec options that's not as simple a question as it looks, especially if you're new to these things. Save the name calling for page 2 at least, there was NO reason to be an ass right off the bat.
