    M30 P/S Pump Rebuild

    hey,

    yes i have searched and seems to be no write ups about rebuilding M30 power steer pumps. Would be a lot cheaper then buying another one.
    All help will greatly appreciated.

      no power steering needed, only time it sucks is when you need a hand to hold something else while in a parking lot. (but then again my m30 swap does not have creature comforts like ac, heater, carpet, sound deadening etc)

          Its pretty straight forward. Get the kit, and note each seal as you see it all the way down to the shaft, then replace and reassemble. I have done several of them.

          Next one I will do a write up for ya. ;)

              hey Rennsport i used to not have any power steer but put it all in coz its a DD. Will have a look on mye28.com.

              Van Westervelt, yeh a write up would be good just as a guide in the DIY section.
