So basically you can keep your e30 running without ever having to hit a dealership too, huh? Lol. I think Cali has more of an abundance of verts too, comfirmed in socal?Jah bless! :pimp:Comment

Paving the junkyard is a good thing.Yes, but some of them are better than others, the one on west winton is free entry now but very limited number of cars, apparently they are paving the lot because some safe the earth hippy said a giant pit of muddy car greases and oils with cars on pedestals suddenly has to be clean enough to eat off of.
The winton yard usually sucks anyway, although I did find a vw caddy there with a few good/hard to find/nla parts on it that are now sitting in my garage.Comment

i can confirm that, I once saw at least 5 plastic bumper verts in the San Bernandino yard

I like to think of the mud and pooling nastiness as the moat to my e30 castles, haha. Every now and then winton has a good car but yeah, for the most part it's just a bunch of muddy junk. There does tend to be more oldschool japanese cars there and Rovers though, did you see the Celica with the Gotti 5 spokes on it? By the time I got some money and came back they were gone. :hitler: Could have had em for 50ish a wheel.Jah bless! :pimp:Comment

The Pull a part in my city has had the same BURNT TO A DAMN CRISP Calypso eta for the last seven months. That's the most recent e30 they've gotten, and the only one currently in the yard. I've been going for a year and a half, I've seen 1 e36, 4 e30's, 2 e34's and nothing else. They don't have more than thirty cars in the foreign section at a time. It's sad going there hoping for at least ONE cool thing and walking out with nothing. I do take a lot of injectors off of random cars though, just to get back at the owners.sigpic<< wreckedComment

was this at the hayward pick and pull?In the past week I've scored a mint tape holder, a husco armrest / cupholder, a padded knee bolster, a clock to replace my faulty 13 button obc, and there's still tons of e30s with plastic bumpers, fogs, an i lip, sport seats, hell even one with ellips headlights. Just gotta stop showing up late to the party for e28 mtech spoilers, but I did manage to snag the super rare BBS e28 spoiler that nobody can even find on old parts catalogs, some e28 zender skirts, and an e21 3 piece zender rear apron, trimmed to fit an e28 (I've since gone over the trimmed area to smooth it out to my level of satisfaction). Shoulda gotten the momo hub and wheel but I didn't have the right size socket. Oh well.

We have a winner. Now you know why they never have anything.
If anyone needs anything specific hit me up, if it's relatively small I'll send it out for the cost of shipping.Jah bless! :pimp:Comment
