    E30 Track car intake kit?

Would their be any interest in an intake kit for track cars? The kit would be bolt on for E30's, it would remove the High beam(even though I hate how that looks), place either a funnel at the headlight location with a K&N filter sock to stop debris and have ducting towards filter, or I could make a kit that uses an ITG style filter that replaces the high beam. I've done a lot of testing and I know that this Intake will require more maintenance than the stock or the standard Cold Air intake. The kit will get a larger volume of air than the stock air box and a few degrees cooler IAT's. This kit could be used on street cars but would get dirty very fast and I do NOT recommend it simply because of all the dirt you get off of public streets. Also I would try to avoid flex hoses as much as possible, the kit would fit all AFM and MAFs.

I don't mind if theirs not a lot of interest, I'll just move a long and think of other things.

I personally don't think the "few" degrees cooler is going to have enough selling power. It's still great that you are trying to help out the market. Hopefully there will be some interest in the item.

I said few degrees because I have not put together the kit yet, my carbon fiber kit is 10* cooler than stock, weighs less and is about 50* cooler than just a plain cone filter. If I was to put a kit together that uses a velocity stack in front of my carbon fiber kit, it would be very effective, The carbon fiber kit produced a huge vacuum and having that vacuum in outside air would be great.

I've done a little more research and Summit racing could get me everything I needed for a velocity stack setup but the total is about $50 just for a kit that would hook up to the carbon fiber kit. The inlet for the stack is 4" so a 4"-3" coupler is needed and would be included.

I would love it if you made a version of your street kit that would work with my s50's 3.5inch HFM
