Speeding ticket in Sandy Springs GA.

So on my way to Petit Lemans I get caught up in a speeding trap north of ATL.

Cop says call this number he writes down to pay it (770 551 7640). I call it, the number is disconnected. WTF. I try online here. No go.

Sandy Springs just became their own incorporated town. It was Atlanta (Dekalb) a few months ago. So, I can't imagine what a mess it is going to be dealing with this.

Actually, was it on 285 or 400? Are you sure it wasn't GSP or Dekalb Co, b/c they are easy to get in contact with.
