Theres a bunch of later ones in CA cruising around with no smog...and some creative registration paperwork.

Vtec is the way to go for these mini coopers. I have wanted to buy one and throw a honda engine in one since i was 15.

Check out the awd frame kit for the mini using crv awd axels and transfer case. Fucking bad ass!

I would be happy with on with about 200 or so hp.
